A Therapeutic Approach to Mind, Movement & Wellbeing

Whether you are dealing with pain, anxiety, overwhelm, mobility issues or lacklustre, we all have a unique story to share about why and how we experience life as we do. Perhaps like many it can seem like no single approach has worked for you yet or maybe you are looking for something more gentle and restorative for self-practice.

Tai Chi, Qigong, Yoga, and Meditation are all well-established practices that lead to positive health benefits. Over the last 20 years, I have worked as a therapist, searching for simple and effective methods my clients can use to help themselves improve their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

A-Way uses the best methods I know, practice and teach to help you improve your alignment, posture, movement, energy levels and resilience to live life more in the flow, whilst releasing the tension, pain, and blockages. The gentle, mindful, restorative approach means it is suitable for all levels of fitness, flexibility, and health.

During these classes, you will learn how to develop a self-practice using methods and techniques from Tai Chi, Qigong, Yoga, and Meditation to improve your natural healing system.

It’s worth knowing that there is not only ‘one way’ that could work for you, but there is ‘A-Way’.

A 1 hour online class every Monday at 18.30

Can be purchased individually each lesson or as part of a 4-week package including other classes.
